Meet Us
I’m Launi~
Define yourself—
—What do you do?
I work at being a writer, crafter, childbirth educator, mother of 5…3 girls and 2 boys and “Grammy” to Lily, Beckham and Kensington.
—How do you think?
Emotionally–too much so, I suppose. Sometimes logic eludes me entirely…
—What do you love?
My children, their children, rainy days, autumn leaves, kids books, vintage photographs, crochet hooks, old-old houses, sappy movies, Cheetoes, purple, Dr. Mario, stone fences, men with Scottish accents, cats, homemade slippers, porches, Hello Kitty…and ok, ok….I’ll admit it….Johnny Depp.
—What can you live without?
Mean people, thorny weeds, sharks, coconut, spiders, alligators, eggplant, stingrays, aliens, snakes, pessimism, and anything in the larva phase.
That’s pretty much it….the rest of you can stay.
—What do you wish?
That all the things I can do without would magically disappear and that I could be surrounded by all the things I love…
—How do you see the world?
As a mostly lovely place with good, kind people in it that often just need to slow down and relax a bit more—and especially appreciate what is good in their lives right this minute.
—What is one of your best attributes?
I try hard to be kind, compassionate and happy.
—What are you still working on?
Maturity mostly…
—Favorite Quote:
“Be nice or be quiet.” Me
—And your family?
April my oldest is a mother of twins-Beckham and Lily–married to Jacob. Very talented–loves creating beautiful things from websites and greeting cards to bridal bouquets and party costumes. I love her.

Lyndi my next daughter is married to Nate and mom to baby Chompy. Very talented–loves stars and pirates and decorating for parties and holidays and just knows how to make each day a celebration. I love her.
Jillian my very middle child graduated from BYU in December in Family History. Very talented–loves dancing and travel and love stories and music–a hopeless romantic who really isn’t afraid of anything. I love her.
Dane my oldest son is far, far away in Lithuania serving a mission for our church. Very talented–loves people and football and the Patriots and castles. I love him and miss him very much.
The bald kid– I love him.

Hi Launi,
I have been trying to contact you about your hypnobirthing classes, I am almost 19 weeks and was thinking of doing the fall course. I didn’t see anywhere that said you the location of your classes I just need to know what city so that I can clear it with my husband.
Let me know we would love to have you teach us the the techniques you have learned! You seem like the perfect ‘crafty’ mother and I love to look at your projects…I definately need the little lamb animal pattern you made for your grandkids it is too cute!
Email is probably the best way to contact me I would gratly appreciate any information you have about the class!
Thanks
Kayla

Hello Eduardas! Thank you so much for your sweet comments. Dane has told us how much he loves you and the branch. Thank you so much for being such a good friend to our boy. We miss him so much, but know he is in good hands when serving Heavenly Father. Thank you for helping to take care of him. Is there anything you need that we could send to you from Utah? We would love to help.
PS–Your English is lovely! :]
