Hunkering Down

So, the little people are plugging along like their usual adorable selves, but a few of the grown-ups around here, well, we’re taking it easy and dabbing on the Essential Oils.

I even got a bit ambitious and made the famous “Flu Shot in a Bottle” that I’ve heard so much about. It’s good stuff I tell you. Take that chest cold!

Then I got carried away and started making more remedies and more and more…I couldn’t stop!

Sweet little bottles of get-well-quick juice…I mean…oils. So, now, I roll the blends on, and drink plenty of water…

carry around Honey Spice Cough Drops in a ziploc bag–I made a double batch!

And most important of all…

long, leisurely naps for everyone!

Yeah…that’s the best advice ever.

So glad that you share so well! I love the honey candy cough drops. They really help keep the bugs away. :) So glad we found those oils. Now if there was a way to call out the sunshine… or at least get some clean air… that would be AWESOME!

I hope you all get feeling better soon! We caught a cold over the weekend, and my favorite cure of fresh air is failing me because the air here is so foul (not to mention freezing!). I want to try those cough drops. :)

Well, send me your address and I’ll send you some. :} Also, I just read an article about how to get rid of the junk in the air–at least in your own household. It was amazing. I just posted it on my Facebook page~ https://www.facebook.com/DoTerraGraciousRain

    Launi Reply:

I’ve made them stronger and stronger each time. I think the last time I used 8-10 drops. But I didn’t want to scare anybody that was new to OnGuard. :} I’ll post the recipes for the Chest Rubs asap.
