Fresh Peach Popsicles

Can’t think of much that beats a fresh, juicy peach. We have, however, come up with a close second with this lovely little Peach Smoothie on a stick. Cold, crisp, and slow to drip–as if it would ever have the chance!

Ingredients:

8 fresh peaches–peeled, pitted and cut up

1 cup hot water

1/2 cup Peach Jello powder

1/2 cup milk

Directions:

Dissolve jello powder in hot water–completely. Place all ingredients in the blender and whirl until smooth.

Pour into popsicle molds.

Freeze for at least 4 hours–overnight works great.

Feed to the popsicle wolves.

Or share with someone you love.

Either way–we know you’ll love them!

Launi, Wonderful! How many Popsicles does this recipe make? Can I use this recipe in a cook book that I am making? I would like to put it in the section called “Feeding the Grandkids.”

It actually makes quite a few. I had another set of bigger popsicle molds that holds 10, and it filled them up too.

Yes, you may use it in your cook book–would you mind adding the link to GraciousRain.com to it though? I’d love to see a copy.

    :]

Launi, whoops! I forgot to ask – - where will I find Popsicle molds? It has been a VERY long time since I made stuff like this!

I just barely put the link to the popsicle mold down at the bottom of the post. Thanks for asking–I should have thought of that sooner. But it’s there now.

I just this very minute posted the link to the popsicle mold, at the bottom of this post. There are other really good molds listed in the Amazon widget on the right side of my blog under “Some Favorite Stuff.”
I’m getting the Rocket Pops next. They are adorable!

Thanks for the kind words. My new blog look would be thanks to my “art director” April Rosenthal. You should check out her new blog: http://www.21stcenturycharmschool.com/
