You can DEFINITELY mix it ahead of time. Just put the salt in a bowl (you can double, triple, or whatever to make a ton for lots of gifts at once) then put the oils in, stir it well to mix. If there's enough moisture from the oil to make it clump a little, put it on a cookie sheet and let it dry. Then bag it up and voila!

You can buy essential oils and sea salt at any natural foods store. I know here in Orem you can find them at Good Earth, Real Foods Market, and Sunflower Market. I know there's a Good Earth in Sandy. Probably Wild Oats (there are several in SL valley) too. If there's a natural foods place/herb shop in Tooele, they might carry them too.

I swear I asked a question about this, what did I do hit end instead of send! (The faster I go the behinder I get) Anyway, I really need to know - can you mix the essential oils with the salt and put it in one of those cute clear bags? Where to you get that kind of salt and the essential oils? Great idea for visiting teaching or friend gifts or for the women that really needs to be able to slow down long enough to soak her feet for a min. ME!
